Just picked up a 2009 Z-71 Tahoe from Kent at EVS. The vehicle was even nicer in person than he described over the phone. Most professional transaction in all of my years of car buying. Worth the trip. Would DEFINITELY recommend this dealership

After 6 months of internet searching,I came across a newly posted ad located in Wisconsin on a Tues evening. Spoke with salesman at dealership wanting to comfirm my interest in looking at the car with a purchase of a airline ticket for the coming Mon. (my three days off work). They said absoultely n...ot. A BIG DISAPOINTMENT!! So now not only did I have to purchase the next day airfare rates and lose 3 days of pay, to see this little car, I knew I had to do just that. The wonderful salesman Bob West had gone over the car with me on the phone from head to toe for at least a hour, answering all my questons taking his time with me, back an forth with many calls. He even made arrangements for my pick up at the airport which was 1 hour away. So the next morning 5am off I went. Arriving at the dealership an seeing my car in exactly the beauty and condition I was told was remarkable. I was shocked, never mislead in any way. At my request he put my car on the lift for my inspection,twice. He went over my car with me with a fine tooth comb, never a question he didnt answer or find the answer thru their experienced techs. Let me tell you I have never purchased a car with such a pleasant experience like this...the next day all the paperwork process went smooth, made arrangements for a 1250 mile transport of my car back to Fla. After that he even set up with my driver for us to do a little bit of site seeing in the cheesehead country before arriving back at the airport to return home. What a wonderful and pleasant experience I had in the purchase of this car. They say a satisfied customer is a repeat customer!! That truly stands with this dealership Ernie von Schledron in Lomira Wisconsin--Thank-you Bob West. Well my little car arrived yesterday...just as flawless as when I purchased her. And now the smiles continue. Show more

After a terrible experience trying to lease from Gordy Boucher in Franklin which is 5 minutes from my house, we came here, about 30 minutes away. I have to say though, this is the way a car buying/leasing should be. We hardly spent any time here at all. I called ahead of time with some numbers that... I already worked out for a lease and spoke to a wonderful salesman who said that it sounded like a reasonable offer but he would have to see the trade first. We drove up there and met with not only the salesman but his manager and the finance manager as well. There was no salesman running back and forth passing messages to make the deal and we weren't kept in the dark. They crunched the numbers right in front of us and must of thought of every way to make a fair deal for both of us. After trying every possible path without us having to give in and come up on our payments, Ernie Von Schledorn himself wanted to meet with us. The store was already closed and this staff was very patient and wanted to make this happen so they introduced us to the owner himself. It was intimidating like meeting a four star general, I thought we had done something wrong. Earnie himself wanted this deal to go through, so like the Godfather, he made us a deal that we couldn't refuse. My wife and I talked for a moment and felt pretty good about it but thought we might be able to get an oil change and some nice rubber mats out of it. When we asked for them, just like the Godfather, he gave us a nod so we signed the deal and drove home with out brand new VW Jetta at 10:00 at night without a single regret. We both strongly recommend this dealership. The staff all got along great and were friendly, energetic and extremely helpful. They definitely went above and beyond for this to be fair for both parties. Ask for Miller Wallace, he's the biggest Packers fan. Show more

I made an offer online and spoke with Brian the next morning. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the 2014 Equinox I was interested in purchasing. After an hour drive to Lomira, I took a test drive, and had a counter offer than I easily accepted with my trade in. The total time was about 2....5 hours, which is extremely quick when buying a new car. Extremely pleased with the entire process. Show more

We had been searching long and hard for a quality mini van at a good price. We found one that was great here, and had a few concerns after our test drive. Bryan our sales person made sure that each of our concerns were addressed by their service team so we had piece of mind that we were getting a ...great vehicle. I had been researching what car I wanted for 12 months. I was referred to EVS by Marv, he assured me he had the best team. I spoke with Brian, one of the sales team and let him know which car I was interested in. I arrived at the dealership the car was waiting at the door. He met me showed me the... features and let me test drive. He gave me the space to drive where I wanted. I could go to a parking lot and park, backup, etc. When I returned he assessed my trade in was up front with the price he could do and I left with a printed hand out of the car, price, tax, etc. He listened - heard what I wanted and did not want, what my concerns were, etc. I visited other dealers and was appalled at their behavior. This dealer listens, does not pressure and is up front from the beginning. 4 days later I picked up my new car. I love it. They continue to offer quality service and reassurance that I can come in anytime with questions, etc. Best car buying experience ever! Show more

From the moment we walked in everybody was very friendly. I left with absolutely no questions and everyone made the experience extremely enjoyable. At no time was I stressed or felt pressured. We drove passed multiple ford dealerships on the way to Von Schledorn but we were told this dealership woul...d give us the best experience, and that was definitely true! Show more
