Everyone went over and beyond to excede my expectations. The attention to customer care was excellent and refreshing. I can't say enough great things about the entire staff. My family has bought 4 or 5 cars from Eric von Schledorn and each and every interaction with the dealership has been positive.... I recomend them to everyone I know who may be in the market for a car. I can't thank them enough for everything they have done. Now I can drive with my niece and nephew in the car knowing that they will be safe. Show more

The service department at EVS is wonderful! They arefriendly, value my time by being on time with appointments, value my money by keeping track of my "ford service dollars" which is a credit on my current bill, plus they gave me a discount for buying 2 batteries for my F450. My truck only goes to EV...S! Show more

As always, service was outstanding. Our snow tires were wrapped in plastic before being placed in the car, and the car was washed. All of this in addition to the mechanical work that needed to be done on the vehicle. The attention to detail is much appreciated.

This dealership is interested in helping people get agreat vehicle. They gave a me a good price for my trade in. Other dealers aren't doing that. The whole experience was positive. Traded in my 2006 Cadillac for a 2013 VW Golf R. Wonderful buying experience. My salesman Scott was very professional and knowledgeable on the ins and outs of my new VW. He identified cars that were on the lot that met my needs. Scott showed me both new and used vehicles and after several test drive...s I was hooked on the Golf R. EVS gave me a very fair price for my trade in. Paperwork was quick and painless. The next day Scott made sure my Golf was prepped and ready to roll. I was shown how to set up the Bluetooth function on my new car as well as all other features too. What can I say, It was a great experience and I truly enjoy my Golf R. Show more

Walking into the beautiful VW showroom and found a helpful salesperson right away. Scott sat me down and we found a 2013 Jetta with all the options I wanted. He warmed it up (it was a very cold day) and brought it into the showroom/garage area so I would not have to go outside. He took me out fo...r a test drive and I loved the car. I got a great price and no pressure from Scott during the process. While I was with the finance guy Scott got the car washed, detailed and filled with gas. When the paperwork was done Scott took me out to my new car and showed me every function I needed to know about my new car... and wow it is a lot! He even set up my first service appointment for me!
