Patrick was patient with us and had first - hand knowledge of the vehicles we were considering. He made a great impression on us, and knowing he's there to help is nice, I would call him and give him future business. Chris gave us the numbers that were accurate and fast. We had a great conversati...on with him, and I loved that he jumped in the vehicle with Patrick to say goodbye and review the car. Both were super knowledgeable and I hope to work with both of them again in two years when our lease ends. I've never had a better car-buying experience! Thank you! Show more

Overall great experience. Very friendly, clean, and to the point. Got the value for my trade-in and very honest people. They went out of their way to get the one we wanted even though it was not in their network. Fast paperwork and no fooling around. Fully recommend them.

Excellent experience all around. I'm from out of state and was able to negotiate the entire deal (including a trade-in) via email and telephone. I was worried that something would change with the terms when I got there, but this was not the case. Everything was as we discussed and agreed to. I was i...n and out in under an hour. It was awesome...Jeremy was the best...he was so friendly, went above and beyond to help us and answer my many questions. The was the first brand new car I ever bought and he made this experience wonderful. He knows his stuff and I will recommend (well I already have) that people go to EVS to buy th...eir car. All of the staff at EVS were great and friendly. And by the way I LOVE my new Buick Verano :) If I ever buy another car it WILL BE at EVS. Show more

I have had an issue with my steering for several months, Mark Terry was willing to give me a rental car so they could keep my car for a few days< they found the problem and my car drives great and it was covered under my extended warranty!!
