the service manager was very helpful, since I had an issue with my Passat that I felt was a manufacturing defect, the manager was willing to help and gathered info that I needed to contact VW

The service managers always recognize me even though I don't come in but every 6 months or more. The service is always prompt. My car is always washed and best of all I feel I can trust them to do what I need and not invent problems I don't have in order to sell me something I don't need. As a 67... year old woman that's important to me. Show more
