This trip was outsatnding, planned on being the all day. They diagnosed and told me one and a half to two hours, I was leaving an hour later. Total time two and a half hours and a little less cost than they thought.

Mike Ernisee has always gone out of his way to make sure you are informed and happy with your repairs. Recently my car was hit by a hit and run driver, he explained that the impact pushed by mufflers forward and helped me with an insurance claim. He always is there to answer your questions, and will... always call you back with an answer if he doesn't know right away. Chris will treat you the same way, I have dealt with Chris when Mike was on vacation. Always very professional service, great job!! Show more

Eceryone was very respectfull and considerate. Andreas in the body shop was fantastic. Randy Tennies and Ron Kuehl were also very helpfull and fantastic to work with.

When I come in to pick up my car after it is completed it would be nice if someone would go over every thing that was done just to see if I had any questions. I don't mean the cashier either, I mean the mechanic that did the technical work or at least the service writer that was familiar with the wo...rk order. Show more
