I recently got a new 2014 Passat from EVS 2 weeks ago and I'm still smiling! I was on the internet looking at prices for the new 1.8t Passat when I brought up the EVS site. To my disbelief they had the car I was looking for at a low price. So I had to contact them to make sure they had the car at th...e advertised price. I contacted them via internet and that afternoon Amy from sales texted me. I called her that night and she confirmed the price and that the car was still in stock. We agreed that I come down to see and drive the car that Thursday. She also used my info to get me an additional $500 autoshow bonus from the Milwaukee Auto show and VW. Who does that? The only thing holding up the deal was my trade in where for sure I thought they would low ball me, and to my surprise they didn't. As far as the drive from Oshkosh well after dealing or trying to deal with my local VW dealer that 68 mile drive is time well spent! Show more

Bob Senft has been helping my family for nearly 30 years, we lost Earl, Jean's husband over 2 yrs. ago. After Jean Janssen's accident 3 weeks ago (Mother) she began working with Bob to secure a new vehicle. He did such a great job helping to put her into a car that she not only loves but is a strong..., safe vehicle that she will enjoy driving. He did so well pointing out rebates making myself Sherry WAllace (daughter) come back and work with Bob and bought a second vehicle, the same as Jean's, the Verona, Buick. Bob is not only professional, but personable and conscientious regarding a difficult personal time in our family"s life. In the midst of all the chaos he made purchasing these 2 vehicles a very pleasant, delightful experience. Bob ovbiously rates extremely high with us and we refer our friends and family to Bob and EVS! Since recent purchase we speak nothing but high praise for EVS and Bob Senft. Show more

Service Advisers Chris & Mike have repeatedly gone out of their way to accommodate my "surprise visits" & correct any car problems I have had over the past 2 years.Recently, I managed to nuke the programming on the remote starter for my 2010 Pontiac Vibe. Mike researched the installer, called for in...structions and re-programmed the remote-start key fob in a rapid & professional manner.Thanks!G. Middeke Show more

I worked with our salesmen Bob for two months and when I went to purchase the car, Bob was out. His foot was giving him problems and I hope his foot gets better because Teresa and I really like Bob. So another salesman helped out. I felt like he jumped in. Bob did all the hard work, jumped through a...ll the hoops with us. The new salesman, he didn't know us as well as Bob and all in all I was uncomfortable. Things I talked to Bob about, this salesman tried to talk me out of. Not sure I liked that sales approach. Bob was much smoother. More my style. We can relate to Bob. We like Bob. I will continue to buy cars from Bob and EVS. Show more
