They told me I had an open recall on my car and fixed it as well. Also told me my wiper blades were not looking good (which I had planned to mention but forgot). They gave me options, which I like. Not just "this needs to be done" and they choose.

2015 Ford Escape. Lost Key and had insurance and Jarad helped us get a new one. Once the key came in we were in and out in a jiffy.

I have been very impresseed with Bob Armstrong that heads the service dept. He is great to deal with and because of him, I continue to service my vehicle at Ernie's.
