We had an excellent experience at this service department yesterday. We were driving from Racine to Fond du Lac with our 2 boys to visit family for the holidays and our Suburban started shaking. We exited in Lomira to find out if we had a flat tire, but found that our tire was hanging on by one lug ...nut. We went to the dealership, obviously without an appointment, with our emergency. They were beyond helpful and courteous. We left with our truck repaired and back on the road within an hour and a half. It was amazing to us that they drove to Fond du Lac and back for a part and then had on hand whatever else was needed to get us back on the road. We are truly grateful for the staff that assisted us and for the service we received. In addition, the cost of the service was extremely reasonable. We would recommend this service department to everyone. Show more

I had been in the market for a small fuel efficient car for a few weeks. I finally had a day off of work and had a list of cars to look at from Madison to Fond du Lac to West Bend. Mostly Kia Rio's, Ford Fiesta's and the like. This was our 3rd stop of the day on our way from FDL to West Bend. We had... done our research online and had 3 different vehicles at this dealership to look at. We were greeted by Tom when we arrived, we explained what we were looking for and told him the models we were interested in. He brought the first vehicle up to the office while my fiance and I stayed warm inside. We test drove all 3 vehicles over the course of about 45 mins to an hour and Tom was patient and nice to talk with the entire time. At no point was he pushy at all. He seemed very happy to answer all of my questions and let us make our own decision. When we finished we still wanted to see the cars we had planned on in West Bend and we thanked Tom for his time. After we had looked at all the cars on the list for the day my fiance and I decided to get some lunch and mull over our options. After some deliberation we narrowed it down to 2 different Fiesta's. One 2012 sedan at a different dealer and one 2011 hatchback here. Both were CPO, similar miles and options and the same list price. I personally preferred the hatch so we called Tom and told him were down to 2 and asked him for a small discount to sway our opinion and close the deal for us. The car had recently been price reduced but Tom said he would try. He called me back within 5 minutes with the exact discount I had asked for. He explained that the finance manager left at 5pm as it was 3pm and we were about 20 minutes away. I told Tom that we already had our own financing and were on our way. By the time we arrived he already had all the paperwork filled out and waiting and the car was already being detailed for me. I looked over the paperwork and signed away. We waited roughly 5 minutes before heading into a different office to work with Chad. He was also very nice and a pleasure to deal with. He made a few calls to my finance company and had us ready to go in about 10-15 minutes. From the time we arrived back at the dealership to me driving away in my new car was no more than 20 minutes. I am very happy in my new car and will certainly recommend EVS to anyone in the hunt for new or used car. My fiance and I will be back as soon as she's ready to trade in the Murano for a new Escape/Edge. Thank you very much to Tom and Chad for making this a much smoother and enjoyable process than I have had in the past. Show more
