I appreciated that they wanted to further investigate an issue that I reported when I brought the car in for a scheduled oil change. They respected my time and provided me with a loaned vehicle for the remainder of the day.

Service was great. People were awesome. Would have been 100% but once again when they washed the car, it basically came out dirtier. One time it came back smelling swampy, another time like sewage. Might be the water or maybe I should just ask not to have car washed.

HAD A TEN THIRTY APPT., GOT OUT AT ELEVEN-THIRTY. ALL GOOD. ONLY WEIRD THING WAS SYNTHETIC OIL WAS USED LAST OIL CHANGE THERE, THIS TIME THEY SAID "OH NO, REGULAR OIL IS FINE......................................??

Excellent salespersonWe worked with Jon De Master who is a knowledgable car person - friendly and professional also. There was no pressure at any time. We came to an agreement on a fair price for the vehicle. This was one of the smoother and more pleasant car buying experiences we have had.

the service done on my vehicle was excellent. the offer on my vehicle was satisfactory. however, the offer made to me on an toyota xbox was ridicules, at $130 more than I'm currently paying on my vehicle (paid up this year). I received an email saying someone would contact me regarding the offer ...but no one has. So with that, I would rate that part as a poor. Show more
