I came in for an oil change. 45 minutes later it was complete - that is OK. My bill was less than previous bills for the change. I asked the gentleman that took my car in if it had the correct oil. He said he saved me money. As I left I asked another gentleman if by reading the printout if they had... put the correct oil in my GMC Terrain. He said no, that I should have it drained and the correct oil put in. He indicated that the person changing the oil should have known, not that he had made a mistake. Very arrogant person. Show more

this is my 2nd vehicle from EVS & i am happy. However, when I was looking at used cars, I was offered $5000 for my vehicle. But when I got a 2015, I only got about half that amount for the trade-in. I don't understand that part.

I'm not very good at remembering to get the routine work done on my car (ie oil changes). I like the service reminders EVS sends me.

My husband and I appreciate Will Malone. He handled our sale professionally and respectful. Mr. Malone made sure we were informed on every step of our sales process, for that we are truly grateful! All of the staff at Ernie Von Schledorn were open and welcoming.

I made an appointment for a Saturday oil change and nitro tire adjustment. When I came in Randy greeted me and asked if I was going to wait or want a call when vehicle was done. I was getting ready for vacation so I said call me. I also asked if they could replace interior air filter and he said sur...e. He called and told me car was ready to go and when I got there they even had it washed. Everything I wanted done was complete and when I took the car on vacation had no worries. Show more
