I had a slow leaking tire that they were able to fix. They showed me the nail that was taken out of the tire and they patched it up. Everything went well.

I bought a car from EVS in July and just brought it in for an oil change. Everyone that I have come across at the dealership in the buying and now service processes have been friendly and helpful. Love the comfortable customer lounge to wait out the service and that they vacuumed and washed my car a...fter the service. Show more

I bought a 2015 Sonic from Randy Mickelson at EVS in July. I felt very comfortable and well informed throughout the process. I had my car in for an oil change this week and found it to be a very pleasant experience. All of the staff I've worked with have been great. Their customer lounge is very nic...e and they even vacuumed and washed my car after the oil change. There are Chevy dealerships much closer to where I live but EVS's attention to detail and special touches will keep me making the trip to them instead. Show more

Called Sommers where I got the vehicle and they didn't have a car portering service?????????Called Kristen in Service and she set me up in 3 ways..Tire quotes---Portering and new wiper blades...She always takes great care of me..I may use the tire quotes too...$820 is a great price so far.

I came in for an oil change. 45 minutes later it was complete - that is OK. My bill was less than previous bills for the change. I asked the gentleman that took my car in if it had the correct oil. He said he saved me money. As I left I asked another gentleman if by reading the printout if they had... put the correct oil in my GMC Terrain. He said no, that I should have it drained and the correct oil put in. He indicated that the person changing the oil should have known, not that he had made a mistake. Very arrogant person. Show more
