First time with a dealership due to my uneasiness of buying from car salesmen, but the staff (mainly Alex) made this purchase easy and relatively stress free. Before purchasing the car I was promised a warranty by a manager; when it was found that the car did not qualify Alex was notably remorseful ...and did everything in his power to right the wrong. I ended up getting a new battery and am completely satisfied with my purchase. Alex showed his number 1 priority was my satisfaction, not his sale numbers. I would recommend him to any friend or family member purchasing a new vehicle. Show more

Wonderful ExperienceSteve was very helpful through out the entire process. He stayed late so I could come in and test drive the vehicle I was interested in. When it came time to talk about finances he was very helpful and listened to exactly what I could afford and made the whole experience great. E...vert help to ensure that my payments were manageable and ensured that I was covered with an extended warranty. They both made sure I was getting the best deal possible. Steve took the time to show me exactly how everything in the car worked and helped me hook up my phone. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful through out the entire process. I am very happy with my purchase and experience. Show more

My sales person Dave was on top of everything from the time my email came in on a car to days after I left with car. Whole process was very easy, none of those "car dealer" games with manager. Just smooth and easy! Dave even called me about 4 days after our deal closed to check on the car. They offe...red to detail my car before I picked it up and it looked almost brand new. We recently bought a 2013 Ford C-Max. We bought the car late in the day, but the friendly people at EVS did a great job of completing the process of buying the car so we could drive it home the same day. They did a thorough job of explaining all the features on the car and of answering our questions.... We never felt rushed even though we were there well past closing time. In the end, we got the car that fit our needs for a price we could afford. Show more
