Let me begin my saying I have never made a review on anything in my life. With that being said I felt this was the best time to do so. We purchased Our Yukon Denali in January from your dealership and have nothing but complete satisfaction with the Sales and Service. The Service Manager, Jarrod Gese...ll is not only knowledgeable in most everything about the vehicles but is kind and personable. 2015 Ford EdgeI was in the market for a Ford Edge after my car had gone through the lemon law. I knew I was interested in a Ford Edge and Eric Von Schledorn had a great variety of Ford Edge's, new and used. Because of the specifics that I wanted to meet with this vehicle, I did get a used Ford Edge.... My salesman, Rob Bauknecht, did his absolute best to find the vehicle that matched my specifics. I have now owned the vehicle for a month and have not had any issues or problems. Rob went out of his way to make sure that I left with the vehicle I was searching for and to ensure that I was a satisfied customer. Will definitely do business with this dealership again. Show more

2008 Honda AccordI purchased my used Accord in January 2016 and there was one small issue with the car. The tire pressure sensor light was on and the dealership inflated the tires and we both thought all was good to go. Four days later the low pressure light came on and I had to re-inflate the tir...e.. I am pleased to say that EVS took care of this issue and fixed the problem by replacing one of the tire sensors at no charge. The sales person "Chops" and the staff were very accommodating. I will certainly let my friends and family that they can count on EVS Random Lake, Wisconsin to provide good service and fair prices for their used cars. Murray, Sheboygan, WI Show more

The vehicle we were interested in was sold prior to our arrival. Corey Simmons found us a newer used vehicle,better equipped and very comparable in price! Overall this Will be our 3rd EVS vehicle. Very happy with the whole experience!

Easy PurchaseFirst time with a dealership due to my uneasiness of buying from car salesmen, but the staff (mainly Alex) made this purchase easy and relatively stress free. Before purchasing the car I was promised a warranty by a manager; when it was found that the car did not qualify Alex was notabl...y remorseful and did everything in his power to right the wrong. I ended up getting a new battery and am completely satisfied with my purchase. Alex showed his number 1 priority was my satisfaction, not his sale numbers. I would recommend him to any friend or family member purchasing a new vehicle. Show more
