Was first oil change included in purchase of vehicle. It was very easy and was a smooth process. Just a little long for an oil change, but I had no appt.

His knowledge and the ability to drive several different cars help us thru the difficult decision on which car model to buy. I received excellent customer service by Chris in the service department. I took my suburban in for an oil change and Chris noticed a few major things that needed to be repaired. These were all covered under warranty. My vehicle was fixed sooner than expected and they also had the vehicle washed.... Chris was excellent to work with and answered all my questions and concerns. Everybody we dealt with at your dealership was great. John Kemmer, Randy, Lydia, Brian, and whoever prepped our truck for delivery. We already sent a thank you card to John and all. How often do people do that? This is our first time. Normally it's a pain to deal with buying a new car. This was a pl...easant surprise. A memorable one also. Definitely coming back for the next vehicle. Hopefully all our good people will still be there! Show more
