cindy was helpful and didn't talk around us she listened and answered our questions, she was friendly and showed us how to operate the dash and get us the code fro the door lock

I was given updates about the repair process. When I was in the waiting area an employee named Noel offered to go to the gas station to get me a news paper. That was very much appreciated!
