clean waiting area, great cookies and coffee, friendly people and quality service! Going for an oil change or service on my vehicle was always a gross experience - no longer so!!!

That Dave Puerner was really helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles I was looking at. He didn't pressure and it was a really easy going process!

Service was fast. Mess of used coffee cups on tables. Wasn't offered water or coffee. Was watching the mechanics work through the window. Some mechanic took a customer car and hit the emission testing computer with the car and made nothing of it.

The fact that I had use of a loaner vehicle while mine was down & also the fact that the mechanic was able to explain the answers to my questions about the work that was done on my vehicle.
