I came to your place in a difficult situation. My truck was sitting at a gas pump across the street, with a starter that decided to die. Your guys found a starter at another dealer and had your driver pick it up. Then one of your guys grabbed a truck and worked with me (or, actually, I worked with h...im) to tow my truck over to your shop. You were able to work me into your schedule and get my truck done after only a few hours. I thought your folks, especially your service writer, went out of their way to help me out of a difficult situation and get me going. Thank you again. Show more

After totalling my truck, and not being overly excited about owning a new vehicle and that lovely car payment, we visited Alex whom we have come to trust for assistance and options. After searching inventory and not locating the truck that made me say, "Wow!" He continued looking and located the pe...rfect match on a vehicle that had recently been delivered. After a rather unenjoyable experience with another Buick dealer my husband and I decided to take the drive up to EVS in Saukville. We are very happy that we did. We met with Randy Michelson and received excellent service. Randy is a wonderful example of what a sales person should be. We got more veh...icle then we expected at a fantastic price. The sales team of Randy, Ashley and Tyler were kind, courteous, well prepared, and polite. We would recomment EVS in Saukville to anyone who wantsto be treated like a customer not a bottom line. One of the best experiences I have had buying a car. Chris L. Took care of me, helped me decided and walked me through the process without any pressure. He allowed me the time to think and walk through the entire suv. When it came time for the dreadful fianining part of the tra action. I was greeted... by an outgoing and energetic Antonio. He was patient and explained my options. I can honestly say, he worked for me and got the best deal. These guys know how to take care of customers, treat you like family, and make sure you are happy.
