My wife bought a Ford Mustang from EVS Ford. We live near Milwaukee, about an hour south of the dealership. I called and spoke with Bob West about the car, and he was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We drove up to see it, took it for a test drive, and decided to buy it. The process was unli...ke any car purchase I made in the past. No arguing, no "I have to check with my manager" routine. We made a fair deal, and paid less than we would have at a Ford dealer in the Milwaukee area.When we picked the car up two days later, it had been polished and impeccably detailed.Bob West is a good man to deal with. My service writer (Bob) understood my problem test drove my truck and quickly identified the problem. Parts were obtained and I was back on the road same day.
