I was treated as a customer/person and not just a number. I had a great experience from the parts department to Bob in service department to Matt who was the technician who went above and beyond to address my issue involving a regulator controlling the lack of heat. This was a long-distance buying experience, which was new for us. We are totally impressed with your sales staff, product and pricing. Jim went the distance to make the sale happen, was thoroughly knowledgeable and very accommodating. We called to purchase in the morning, and took the vehicle ho...me that day--with our requested accessories installed. We appreciate the $500 dealer rebate in place of Ford's credit rebate as we paid cash. This dealer is easy to work with, unlike another one where we walked out from. So glad we made the trip from Rhinelander to Lomira and would do it again in a heartbeat. Show more
