They were very helpful in finding me my perfect car. I came to them with a list of things I wanted, and they came up with the right vehicle to meet all my needs. I love my 2016 Ford Explorer Limited!

Friendly, not pushy. Not a great deal ,but I liked the vehicle. There should not be a minimum number of words if you want these surveys done.

We saw the car we wanted on the internet. First we emailed the Ernie von Schledorn dealership, then Bob West called us back. We made the trip from far Northern Wisconsin down to Lomira. We were more than pleased with the personal attention we received from everyone at Ernie von Schledorn Ford. Bob ...West was most helpful. He treated us like a friend. We left the dealership very well pleased. He even recommended a great place to eat before we headed home. Great Job Bob. Show more

Evs service dept; operates like a fine tuned Swiss watch. Upon my arrival at the appointment time, my vehicle was readied for service. Protective cover was placed over the drivers seat and floor. What dealership does that. No one that I know, except Evs. My vehicle was taken to the operation bay ...where service was rendered. Evs service writer Bob Armstrong explained the service on my vehicle. All paperwork was gone through with me as well as the vehicle evaluation and costs. Further, my wait time was reasonable and comfortable in the customer lobby. The lobby was clean and well maintained. Evs cares about their customers and it shows. I will continue having my Ford Edge Serviced at Evs Lomira wi., why? They treat their customers right and it shows. They get it... Show more

The Service Staff tries very hard to be helpful. The work was completed in a timely manner. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, and the coffee was good.
