Bob and his staff - Adam and Marv - are courteous and respectful of my time - unlike a the experience we had a few years ago at another Ford dealer (B.......) . I got a great value on a nice new car. Regarding the question at the end asking which person was most interested in my service needs, pl...ease note that Craig Panser showed a equal concern for my service needs and provided some great advice. Josh in service was very sincere in resolving our vehicle issues and was very informative every step of the way. He even called back the next day before we picked up our vehicle (after it had been finished) to let me know that he drove it himself and everything was good to go on it.
