Friendliness of salesman and others knowledge of vehicles. Upon taking possession of truck salesman was very knowledgeable. Nice selection to choose from.

Gary in service was very sympathetic when I pulled in without an appointment due to a "check engine" light. I didn't have to hear excuses and parts were ordered and problem solved in less than 48 hours. I was very pleased considering I had no appointment.

Service was fast. Managers were friendly as usual. Love the Starbucks coffee. Waits times can sometimes be long for a place called fast lane, but this time it was quick.

Friendly staff makes me not have to worry about missing potential issues on car, the inspection in a standard oil change seem to catch all the little details.

The whole service department is above and beyond. My vehicle is older and is falling apart as I try to save up enough money for a new vehicle. Every time I have brought my vehicle in for repairs I have been treated with a great deal of respect, enjoyed a good laugh and when it was time to pay the bi...ll I knew that the quality of the work was there and guaranteed. I will continue to have use EVS for all repairs and vehicle purchases. It's nice to have such outstanding service so close! Show more
