Friendly service, attention to detail. The service director goes over everything on the diagnostic sheet and lets me know if anything needs immediate attention.

I made an offer online and spoke with Brian the next morning. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the 2014 Equinox I was interested in purchasing. After an hour drive to Lomira, I took a test drive, and had a counter offer than I easily accepted with my trade in. They deserve all 5 stars. I was searching for a 2013 Lincoln MKS and Ernie had the best one. Once I called them they were very nice and told me to come to the shop to make sure that's the car I love. Bryan explained he didn't want me to pick a car with out driving it. I came on Friday and he had the... car parked inside from the snow and ready to go. He was so personable and helped make things run smoothly. I usually have anxiety buying a car bc they are pushy and mean when they see how young I am so it was nice. After everything was approved his boss Steve was very nice and helped us with a warranty and called back 3 days later to make sure everything is running well. I will highly recommend to friends and family. Thanks guys! I love my car! Show more
