Seen a car on Cars.com, made a call to see if it was still available, got a prompt response back with a call, that I wasn't expecting. Talk to the dealer and made arrangement to see vehicle drive the 95 miles and meet the salesperson very professional and ended up buying the auto, was willing to dea...l, no pressure sale, very good dealership. I went to EVS four years ago. I had totaled my (paid off) car and had very little wiggle room for monthly payments. The salesmen (together) worked for hours to figure out how to get me into a new car and not bankrupt me. I ended up in a VW Rabbit, four year lease. It worked great and I never had a p...roblem with the car (I did incur $800 in dents and scratches from Eastside parking). With my lease up next week, I went back in to see what they would do for me, if they would take the Rabbit (and the $8,000 plus left) and get me into a new lease, again, in my price range. Once again, EVS sales staff came through and even with the body damage, they bought out the lease and I have what I wanted for the price I wanted. I have bought two cars from evs both used. I have never had a problem with anything I have gotten from them. The finance gentlemen Adam worked really hard to find my husband and I a get interest rate. Any problems I have had with the vehicles were fixed right away with no questions asked. all the sa...les people are wonderful. Clyde graef was very helpful in making sure that is was smooth and that we were happy even Weeks after the purchase of are vehicles. You highly highly recommend them to anyone. Show more

Gary went out of his way to make sure I had a truck as aloaner as I was bringing in my truck for service. Friendly, concerned and prompt are all fitting words to describe Gary and all the staff at EVS Random Lake! Even though they were quite busy when I arrived to pick up my vehicle - they all found... time to get me out the door quickly, while still taking a moment to make it a more personal experience, rather than a "next in line" moment! I had a great experience with the salesmen and manager. I did most of my dealings over the phone because I was coming from Illinois. They held up to every promise and made the experience fast and effective. I bought a 2011 Buick LaCrosse. I recommend this dealership.

I was looking for a 2011 Buick LaCrosse CXL in my area (Chicago area). I could not find what I was looking for until I searched 150 miles out. At that time, this beautiful 2011 Buick LaCrosse CXL (Red Jewel Tint) popped up. I immediately contacted the dealership and started a bond with Clyde Graef a...nd George Pyskir. These two gentlemen gave me 200% customer service. Once I had them take care of my financial part and all went well, they immediately put the car in holding for me until I was able to drive there to pick it up. My husband test drove it for me and drove it home so that he can listen to the engine. The original car mats were missing, but they took me over to Wal Mart and let me pick out the ones that I wanted ($35.00). Now this is great customer service. Love you Clyde and George - you all are awesome! Show more

Just picked up a 2009 Z-71 Tahoe from Kent at EVS. The vehicle was even nicer in person than he described over the phone. Most professional transaction in all of my years of car buying. Worth the trip. Would DEFINITELY recommend this dealership

After 6 months of internet searching,I came across a newly posted ad located in Wisconsin on a Tues evening. Spoke with salesman at dealership wanting to comfirm my interest in looking at the car with a purchase of a airline ticket for the coming Mon. (my three days off work). They said absoultely n...ot. A BIG DISAPOINTMENT!! So now not only did I have to purchase the next day airfare rates and lose 3 days of pay, to see this little car, I knew I had to do just that. The wonderful salesman Bob West had gone over the car with me on the phone from head to toe for at least a hour, answering all my questons taking his time with me, back an forth with many calls. He even made arrangements for my pick up at the airport which was 1 hour away. So the next morning 5am off I went. Arriving at the dealership an seeing my car in exactly the beauty and condition I was told was remarkable. I was shocked, never mislead in any way. At my request he put my car on the lift for my inspection,twice. He went over my car with me with a fine tooth comb, never a question he didnt answer or find the answer thru their experienced techs. Let me tell you I have never purchased a car with such a pleasant experience like this...the next day all the paperwork process went smooth, made arrangements for a 1250 mile transport of my car back to Fla. After that he even set up with my driver for us to do a little bit of site seeing in the cheesehead country before arriving back at the airport to return home. What a wonderful and pleasant experience I had in the purchase of this car. They say a satisfied customer is a repeat customer!! That truly stands with this dealership Ernie von Schledron in Lomira Wisconsin--Thank-you Bob West. Well my little car arrived yesterday...just as flawless as when I purchased her.
