Purchasing a Ford vehicle was a first for me and this was the first time I had worked with EVS. The purchasing experience was great and I walked out with my new Fusion. I have had 99%of my service done here even though I could have it done closer to my home and save myself some travel time and gas m...oney. The service advisors are prompt, greet me by name and know exactly what I need. I usually wait for my car during oil changes and vehicle checks and they are always reasonable amount of wait times. Everyone went over and beyond to excede my expectations. The attention to customer care was excellent and refreshing. I can't say enough great things about the entire staff. My family has bought 4 or 5 cars from Eric von Schledorn and each and every interaction with the dealership has been positive.... I recomend them to everyone I know who may be in the market for a car. I can't thank them enough for everything they have done. The service department at EVS is wonderful! They arefriendly, value my time by being on time with appointments, value my money by keeping track of my "ford service dollars" which is a credit on my current bill, plus they gave me a discount for buying 2 batteries for my F450. My truck only goes to EV...S! Show more

As always, service was outstanding. Our snow tires were wrapped in plastic before being placed in the car, and the car was washed. All of this in addition to the mechanical work that needed to be done on the vehicle. The attention to detail is much appreciated.
