Dee did a job well above the call of duty. She went alot farther and worked harder than the other salesmen I delt with in other dealerships.

Recently purchased a car for EvS and could have asked for a better experience. Steve was an awesome salesman. Never once did we feel the pressure of buying a car. He made sure we were pleased with our purchase. We didn't buy "brand new", but we were treated as if we did. I Iove coming to this dealership for all of my auto needs. They do everything from oil change to light body work. When I first came here, the staff was very friendly and went above and beyond with making sure that all of my needs were met. Mark, the guy that mans the phone, is sooo nice, courteous, ...and funny. He always makes sure the work done on my car is done right the first time. However, this is probably true for every employee here. I have been coming here ever since I bought my new vehicle in 2009. I will not be going anywhere else for my auto needs. Just to note, I'm very pleased with my vehicle. I haven't had any major problems. I've only had to upkeep the regular maintenance. Show more

Searched cars.com for the make, model and years we were interested in. We narrowed it down between 2 dealers. The sales staff at Eric von Schledorn Ford- especially Steve Larkin- were friendly and helpful. We had a few obstacles to overcome in getting the car we wanted- like staying within our budge...t and they did everything they could to make sure we left with a great running car for a very fair price.
