The service department took the time to call and let me know what the problem was with my car and explained what would need to be done to fix it.

Mark Terry and Kristen(sp?) were excellent. I really appreciate their help and assistance. My only concerns were a black, plastic back panel from my middle, front seat console was off(on the floor) in the back seat. I simply clipped in back in when I got home. My other concern was the driver who ...washed my car drove a little fast in the back parking lot with my car. I am a little particular with how I drive my car and there are numerous pot holes in the back lot. Show more

I am still in the process of buying a car. Turk is an excellent salesman and very informative. We couldn't come to an agreement on a price, but he's keeping an eye out for a car in my price range. I would recommend working with him and the Lomira EVS.
