For serious off-roading aficionados, Christmas has just come a few weeks early. Ford has announced that that a Tremor variation will be coming to the 2021 F-150. This moniker has already been applied to other Ford models, and denotes a trim that’s fleshed out for ultimate off-road prowess. The 2021 F-150 Tremor will be available next summer.
To this end, every 2021 Ford F-150 will come with a standard Raptor-style bash plate, off-road running boards, and a unique hood/grille combo that boasts Active Orange highlights. The 2021 Ford F-150 Tremor will be available in Standard, Mid and High equipment groups. All levels share the same core suspension hardware, along with the ultimate goal of balancing beefy work capabilities with unparalleled off-road prowess.
The High series will come with a torque-on-demand transfer case similar to the high-performance unit used in the F-150 Raptor. This cutting-edge case merges all-wheel drive and four-wheel drive capabilities in an effort to take on any kind of off-road environment.
